Authorised Absence Passes can be issued to students to give them permission to be away from the school campus.  The student’s details and reason for absence are written on each pass, which is then copied to the journal sheet ensuring that the school knows how many students are off-site at a given time. If questioned when away from the campus, the student is then able to prove that they have permission to be off-site.
