Payne Security’s new range of Integra™ iD cards and card components is available using a choice of highly durable substrates with up to a 10 year lifespan, that can be combined with our portfolio of security technologies to provide unique, tailored solutions for a variety of ID card applications.

We can provide cards in a variety of formats produced at our secure card manufacturing facility. From centrally produced fully personalised secure cards, where all variable data is locked into the card core, through to pre-printed secure stock for on-site personalisation. 

Our technology is also available on a range of card components and security overlays for integration into the final card production. These can be provided with the complete variety of Payne Security technologies, providing added security and durability.

Our security software and design experts can combine a wide variety of design techniques and advanced printing technology to build bespoke security solutions to banknote standards into our range of card overlays and core components for card manufacturers.

Sophisticated overt and covert security design features are built into the structure helping to provide a greater level of protection within the final ID card.
