Integra™ SF Thin Film Security Overlays

The range of Integra™ security overlays are used around the world to help secure, protect and authenticate ID cards and passports. 

Payne Security’s extrusion coating and print facility enables films and adhesives to be combined according to the unique specifications of the ID document and can be provided with the variety of overt and covert features available from the Payne Security technology toolbox.

Integra™ SF

The new range of Integra™ SF transfer overlays offers ultra thin film protection for enhanced tamper evidence. Developed especially for the passport market, these exceptionally thin films are provided on a clear see through carrier for ease of placement and validation within the passport book.

Unique Tab Lift System (Patent Pending)

Once laminated the Integra™ SF carrier is easily peeled off using the adhesive free unique Tab lift system, leaving only the ultra thin film and thus avoiding any potential damage to the thin film.

Integra SF - Holographic thin film security overlays

Integra™ SF HRI overlays provide an all over holographic film image which uniquely can be combined with additional Payne Security technologies including UV or microtext print and colour shift inks.

The adhesive gives exceptional bond strength to the base document paper and when combined with the thin film construction, provides a highly secure HRI overlaminate for passports.

The range of Payne Security technologies can be incorporated across the Integra™ SF range including:

Available in rolls or sheets for integration with all passport and ID lines.
