ID card pouches and overlays use high clarity base films combined with a variety of complex co-polymer heat activated adhesive coatings to support and protect the ID card core.
Integra™ ID products are similar to the Integra UF range of passport overlays that have been produced in specific formats to be suitable for use as pouches and protective overlays for ID cards. The full range of security features is also available with Integra iD, including High Refractive Index (HRI) holography and registered print using Payne Security's point2point™ technology.
The security features vary according to the level of security required and integrate with the chosen card structure, smart card technology and personalisation options to provide the optimum solution.
Our conversion capabilities mean that a wide range of construction and formats are available, to suit most application methods, depending on the requirements of each customer. The most popular formats include two part and three part pouches, with and without liners, with customers benefiting from Payne Security's significant experience in supplying the optimum solution.
Integra™ ID card overlays can be supplied in Polycarbonate or Polyester material, using high temperature resistant inks to produce highly secure ID documents.

Common thicknesses are 175, 250 and 360 micron.
