Holography

Passport Holography

Payne Security works with many different holographic technologies including, fully metallised, de-metallised and HRI. These holographic solutions are regularly integrated into the security documents Payne Security protect.

Easily identifiable holograms are primarily used as first level identification devices and are designed to enable successful authentication at point of inspection. Additional features, such as nanotext and hidden images, can be used as second and third level techniques for trained and equipped specialists.

Security

The level of security is influenced by a number of factors:

  • Origination technique
  • Image type
  • Enhanced features

Simple holograms can be mimicked, so it is important to work with a reputable partner that uses the latest holographic techniques, to produce a holographic device that is hard to copy or pass-off.

In addition to this, by combining complex holographic designs with intricate security print, organisations are able to specify a level of security that requires skill sets and production techniques that few can provide.
