Scope of the Role:
You will provide excellent service to our international customers by supporting them directly or working though other members of our team such as the Global Key Account Director and Key Account Managers. You will work closely with the Customer Support Manager and sales team to ensure service levels are measured and improved in line with company requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Price quotations, internal and external reporting and direct face-to-face contact
• Overseeing the processes for global forecasting, implementation of product pricing strategy, margin improvement, the sales pipeline and global budgets
• Monitoring and improvement of global customer service standards
• Correspondence and ultimate resolution of customer queries

Key Skills and Attributes:

This is a wide ranging, dynamic role that can have a major impact on our business. You will need:

• Customer service experience, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Some knowledge of export sales
• Sound presentation, engagement and negotiation skills
• Excellent commercial judgement
• Good computer literacy, specifically MS Office
• The ability to communicate at all levels and cross-culturally
• The inspiration to engage customers
