Digitally Printed Cards

Our new on-site digital print facility offers optimum quality print combined with the latest security print features, to produce high quality personalised cards at maximum speed!
Printed 21up on a sheet and using the variable data printing power of the digital press, we can personalise any data element or graphic to make each card unique.
All cards are printed in high resolution in up to 6 colours (including UV ink) making the final card look vibrant. Company logos look bright which enhances your corporate identity and photographs are clearer which makes authentication easier, even from a distance. And the print is locked into the core of the card, ensuring durability and additional security.
Payne Security cards are available in a variety of materials and constructions, and can be combined with smart card technology to provide companies with a versatile managed card solution to a variety of applications, including access control, cashless vending, and auditing of time and attendance data.
Our digital printing capability can produce up to 10,000 personalised ID cards per day all with variable data options. Card encoding & fulfilment services also ensure that our high quality card production service meets all your needs.
