With a printing capability of 10,000 personalised secure digital cards per day, including all variable and secure options, card encoding and fulfilment services, Payne Security provides the complete managed card solution, to meet your card issuing requirements.

Our cards are digitally printed in up to 6 colours, including UV ink to provide outstanding print results. And with all variable data, including the photo ID also printed onto the card core (which is then covered by the top clear laminate layer) this ensures a MORE SECURE & DURABLE card. Unlike other print methods the variable data is protected and the top laminate prevents it from being scratched off or diminishing with age or wear-and-tear.

Digital print also eliminates the need for pre-printing large quantities of each card design for subsequent overprinting, as all variable data is printed at time of card manufacture. As card personalisation is not a separate process, we can save you time and money.

Payne Security cards are available in a variety of materials and constructions with all technologies covered. From magnetic stripe, barcodes, RFID (contactless) and Smart (contact) chip - we can integrate the required technology together with the necessary encoding, giving you a card to use in your required location or facility, including:
