Payne Security’s facility is not only a card manufacturing operation, but provides the added value services of card fulfilment, all within their card production facility in Mold.

After card printing and personalisation our fulfilment system can personalise letterheads and carriers and then match these to the individuals’ personalised card. NB: Up to 6 cards can be attached onto each carrier. These can then be either mailed direct to your customer or take advantage of our document merge facility.

Additional documents can be merged, such as information literature, promotional items or registration packs etc. This can then be mailed, along with cards, directly to the customer or to a central location. With data held and further instructions from the customer future mailings (targeted literature) can be sent, maintaining communication with your customer.

Data Management

Managing and holding data is a service Payne Security takes very seriously and knows only too well the pitfalls of lost and unsecured data. Fraudsters are quick to find weak areas to attack. Payne Security offers peace of mind and has excellent procedures in place for data management. As part of Filtrona plc, we have a data management policy and manual that have been signed by the company board and work in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Payne Security can supply the following fulfilment services:

• Securely matching card(s) to letterheads and carriers
• Merge and insertion of additional documents
• Automatic enclosure into envelopes
• Direct despatch to end customer or sorted for group despatch
